Cancellations
/ Postponements
ALL BOOKINGS
ARE CONFIRMED TELEPHONICALLY AND DELEGATES WILL BE ISSUED WITH A VAT
INVOICE CONFIRMING THEIR RESERVATION.
Circumstances
beyond the
organiser’s control could
necessitate the replacement of a trainer, cancellation or
postponement of an event.
Should an event be cancelled /
postponed by Workinfo.com, Workinfo.com will issue a 100% credit for
the value paid, to be used towards any future Workinfo.com events,
up to one year of date of issue. No refunds will be made. Changes to
the programme (e.g. content/topics, facilitators, and venue) are at
the discretion of the event organisers. We are not responsible for
any loss or damage incurred, as a result of such changes or
cancellation / postponement of an event. All rights reserved.
1.
Bookings will only be confirmed once we receive full
payment.
2.
Your provisional booking will only be held for 2 weeks
until we receive payment.
3.
Upon receipt of your booking a vat invoice will be
issued.
4. Delegates
will be only allowed access if we receive full proof of payment
prior to the event.
5. In the
event of unforeseen circumstances the organisers reserve the right
to change the venue/and/or dates.
6.
Certificates require SUCCESSFUL completion / full
attendance of the course
WHAT IF I HAVE TO
CANCEL OR CHANGE DATES
1. If you
cancel two (2) weeks or more prior to the event a 10% cancellation
fee will be levied. Thereafter the full fee is payable.
2.
If you cancel less than two (2) weeks prior to an event
you may:
A. Transfer
only once to a future workshop date (a 5 % transfer fee will apply);
B. Nominate
a substitute for workshops.
C. Pay 100 %
penalty
