PROCLAMATION by the Deputy President of the Republic of South Africa No. R .19 13 January 2006 COMMENCEMENT OF SECTIONS 7,10,11(3),12 to 15,47,48 and 50 OF THE TRADITIONAL HEALTH PRACTITIONERS ACT,2004 (ACT NO .35 OF 2004) Under section 52 of the Traditional Health Practitioners Act,2004 (Act No .35 of 2004),I hereby determine 13 January 2006 as the date on which sections 7,10,11(3),12 to 15,47,48 and 50 of the said Act shall come Into operation. Given under my Hand and the Seal of the Republic of South Africa at Johannesburg on this 15 day of December, Two Thousand and Five. Traditional Health Practitioners Act 35 of 2004
