Leave program

Rotation of staff

Periodic setting of Key Performance Areas

Organization:

Marketing strategies

Promote teamwork in the branch

Leadership/Direction:

Motivation of staff

Training and development of staff

The holding and management of meetings

Conflict handling

Disciplinary/Grievance procedures

Management:

Budgeting

Credit

Control over limits/arrangements captured
