| MAIN DUTIES | |
| Relationship Banking: Managers the portfolios of the large VIP accounts (Debit and credit balances) Analyses needs and negotiates new packages and offers financial advice to VIP clients Answers all queries and questions from these clients Ensures professional and quality service to VIP clients thus keeping up the good relationship with them Market Segment: Maintain the portfolio of large businesses, with active cross-selling and selling all groups financial products Negotiating and closing the sale and bringing in help from other divisions if the need arises Pre-empt clients needs Cross-Selling: Identify products in use Identify the need for additional products/services within the portfolio of the clients Co-ordinate with sales manager to draw up action plan to get clients interested in additional products Keep data-base up to date to reap full benefits Ask for referrals from existing clients Increase clients ratio with bank products Credit Management: Analyze and evaluate financial information/balance sheets where possible Complete and approve applications for new or additional business Co-ordinate with credit department to revise existing facilities Finalizing the KTB Checking through the new application references |
